Many of us go through periods of time when we are dissatisfied with our lives; we may feel disconnected, frustrated, overly sensitive or demoralized.  For some of us this is a temporary situation, but for others these feelings persist in spite of everything we’ve tried.  Seeking therapy can be the act that sets you on a path toward the rich, satisfying life you are capable of.  Working together we can evaluate what is working in your life, and come up with new responses to problems.

I am well versed in a variety of therapeutic approaches; what will work for you is something we will discover together.   While I will work with you as long as you find therapy helpful, I am interested in having you make positive change and being able to move on in your life as quickly as possible.
